Please use the provided Powerpoint template in your CIC presentation. If you have already started you presentation and cannot easily use the template, then please use the first and last pages, along with the included JPEGs as backgrounds on your slides. This is easy to do. It is very important that all CIC presentations use the CIC template, or at least the first and last pages, to acknowledge our sponsors. Thank you.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it by May 15, so we can load them on the USB devices for the event. These will be given to all attendees, courtesy of mental images (thank you!). If you do not get your presentation to us by that date, your presentation WILL NOT make it on the USB drives. Each year, presenters are late and we go through huge complications to get the presentations on the USB at the event. We cannot do this any more. So please get it to us by May 15 and we’ll take care of it for you.

Speaking rooms will have a wireless microphone (and sound system), a podium and a laptop projector.
